Welcome!

Welcome to our community in the mindfulness tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. We are part of a larger community in the Pacific Northwest under guiding teacher Eileen Kiera.
We meet on most Saturdays, at the Skagit Unitarian Universalist Fellowship (SUUF) Church (500 West Section St.–next to the post office, in Mt. Vernon, WA), from 9:30-11:30, then tea and cookies (optional until noon.)
PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON OUR SCHEDULE! Some Saturdays we may not be here–sometimes we are enjoying full days of mindfulness (DOMs) at our rural retreat center (Mountain Lamp), or other days the fellowship may just need the space.  If we are participating in a day of mindfulness with the larger community, everyone is invited (and encouraged) to join these events also, if inclined. Refer to the Mountain Lamp page for more details on the center, and, once again, remember to check the side bar for monthly schedules.
We welcome people from all backgrounds and all levels of experience whether in our tradition or other traditions who have a sincere desire to practice.   If you’d like a little introduction before participating, please give us a call at 360-770-5459.
